KBoard(케이보드) 플러그인에서 첨부파일은 FTP로 접속해서 /wp-content/uploads/kboard_attached 경로에 저장되며 썸네일은 /wp-content/uploads/kboard_thumbnails 경로에 저장됩니다. 첨부파일이 삭제되는 상황이 명확하게 파악되지 않아서 도움을 드리는 데 한계가 있습니다. 실제 저희 테스트 서버 쪽에 저장된 첨부파일이나 썸네일은 시간이 지나더라도 삭제되지 않고 유지되고 있습니다. 혹시, 이미지나 첨부파일 관련된 다른 플러그인을 사용 중이시라면 어떤 플러그인을 사용 중이신지 알려주시겠어요? 고맙습니다.

아니요. 첨부파일 삭제하지 않았습니다. 그냥 게시판에 글 작성하고 시일이 지났을 뿐입니다. 알려주신 계정 정보 변경이나 복구문의는 해보겠습니다. 감사합니다. 근데 케이보드에 이미지 첨부하는 경우 원래 저장경로는 /wp-content/uploads/2021 이런식 아닌가요? 왜 저 경로로 저장되는지 혹시 알 수 있을까요?

안녕하세요~^^ 직접 첨부파일을 FTP로 접속해서 삭제하신 건 아니신지요? 게시글을 정상적으로 등록했더라도 등록한 이후에 첨부파일을 삭제하거나 첨부파일의 경로가 바뀐다면 문제가 생길 수 있습니다. 올려주신 내용만으로는 저희 쪽에서 원인을 파악하기 어렵기 때문에 워드프레스에서 에러 혹은 알 수 없는 문제가 있을 때 대응 방법 을 참고하셔서 에러 메시지나 충돌이 있는지 점검해보셔야 할 듯합니다. 최대한 빠른 시일 내에 서버 관리자 또는 호스팅 업체에 복구 가능한지 문의해보시는 게 좋을 듯합니다. 그리고 혹시 모르니, FTP나 데이터베이스(DB) 계정의 패스워드도 변경해보시는 게 좋을 듯합니다. 고맙습니다.
