Dat is zonde want door je kapot te vervelen kom je tot inzichten en ideeën die je anders niet zou hebben.

Het boek 'Aandacht' van Gloria Mark heeft mij aan het denken gezet over hoe aandacht werkt en hoe je gefocust blijft. In het boek van Mark ontbreken echter duidelijke tips vandaar dat ik zelf wat aanbevelingen op een rij heb gezet.

Het boek 'The Comfort Crisis' van Michael Easter zit vol adviezen, onderbouwd met wetenschappelijk onderzoek, die je leven op de korte termijn minder comfortabel, maar op de lange termijn beter maken. In deze blog deel ik enkele van deze inzichten die ik ben gaan toepassen in mijn dagelijks leven.
