When App Insights Java agent is added to the Spring Boot application with Actuator liveness / readiness endpoints enabled, it will log all probe requests done by Kubernetes to App Insights. Luckily, there is an option now to remove those logs without touching the application code.

New Service, Matrix.to ~cobra Tue, 08 Nov 2022 Just recently, I set up Matrix.to on ~vern. I did this because most people use matrix.to, Matrix.org’s instance of Matrix.to. This, sadly, centralizes Matrix even more. We also had our Matrix clients use mto.vern.cc instead of matrix.to, so that our users can easily avoid the centralization of Matrix.
